Volunteer at Kingswood Heritage Museum

This introduction talks about the reasons why people should volunteer at the museum; to dive into local history, make new friends, get involved with the local community, or even meet some of the weird and wonderful secrets of Kingswood and South Gloucestershire.

Friends of Kingswood Heritage Museum

In this section I’d like to introduce the Friends of the Museum. What is it that they do? What do the Friends get in return.

Nullam vestibulum maximus eros, a sollicitudin odio vestibulum a. Nulla consectetur tincidunt ex nec posuere. Sed porttitor magna iaculis mi ultrices tristique.

Volunteering opportunities could include...

General Volunteer

We are always looking for people to join our passionate team of volunteers, to assist with a number of tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the Museum and providing our visitors a great experience.

Cafe Volunteer

This is the perfect role if you like meeting people, having fun, and can make a great cup of tea or coffee.

Events Volunteer

Whether you’re checking tickets on the door or dressed up as William Champion himself, the museum holds regular fun events and are always looking for friendly faces.

Garden Volunteer

The gardens are tended by The Friends of William Champion’s Garden. Please visit their website to find out more about volunteering in the gardens.
